“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths.”
Mrs. Laura Philipp is delighted to join the GCA team this year as the Librarian. She looks forward to encouraging the students with a passion for reading and discovering the adventures and knowledge books can offer. Mrs. Philipp has been active in her son’s GCA classrooms for the past four years, involved in after school programs, and has been a substitute teacher for Enrichments and primary classrooms. Mrs. Philipp enjoyed working for the Grace Covenant Children’s Ministries by providing childcare for Morning Grace and Vacation Bible School.
Laura grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and is a huge sports fan. She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. in Chemistry with a Business Management focus. Laura is experienced in sales, marketing and customer service in corporate, charitable foundation and public sectors. She is blessed to live in the Lake Norman area with her husband of 17 years, Tony, and a 10 year old son.
There is no greater endorsement than eager, smiling, confident students walking through the doors every morning! Laura believes the staff and administration are committed to providing an excellent education tailored to each student’s learning style in a caring environment where He knows their name.
