Who: Students ages 8-14
Dates: June 12-16
Times: 9-12

Sample of day one from a previous year:

  • 15 minutes: Motivation and introduction (parents stay)
  • 30 minutes: Intro to Parisi ADW (Active Dynamic Warmup)
  • 30 minutes: Overview of Parisi Training Disciplines – Acceleration, Top Speed, Change of Direction, and Strength
  • 30 minutes: Snack, mentoring. Students will be given a notebook to take notes on the Principles and Focal points of each discipline.
  • 30 minutes: Parisi ADW
  • 45 minutes: Games/Races and review of the day

Day 1: The History and Mission of the Parisi System
Day 2: Discipline & Acceleration
Day 3: Change of Direction
Day 4: Strength
Day 5: Held at Champions: Each child will be tested in the 40 yard dash, vertical jump, broad jump, and 200 yard shuttle
