Early Education
The Early Education program at Grace Covenant Academy offers students a fun, safe learning environment where they can grow spiritually, mentally, socially, and emotionally.
We provide learning opportunities for our students to grow in their knowledge of God and His world, while developing academic skills essential during the toddler years. Christ is the center of our program, and we provide opportunities for our students to develop a love for God. For that reason, all Early Education classes participate in weekly Chapel with the Elementary students.
In addition, we build indoor and outdoor free-play into our daily schedule. We believe this provides students an opportunity to establish social skills by encouraging cooperation, sharing and sensitivity to others.
All Early Education class times are 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM. Students will have lunch at school before dismissal.

Three-Year-Olds
On a weekly basis, our three-year-olds are given the opportunity to grow in language and early math skills through our carefully selected curriculum. Social development is the primary goal with our three-year-olds and the program reflects that intent.
Children must be 3 years of age before August 31 and must be potty-trained to qualify for any of our Three-Year-Old classes.
We offer the following three-year-old classes:
2-Day (T/Th)
3-Day (M/W/F)
4-Day (M–Th)
PreKindergarten
PreKindergarten classes are for students who are 4 or 5 years of age. Each week PreK students focus on a particular letter of the alphabet in order to explore the areas of language, music, art, listening, observation and experimentation, selected Bible characters and stories, character traits, and games.
Children must be 4 years of age before August 31 in order to qualify for any of our PreKindergarten classes.
We offer the following PreKindergarten class options:
4-Day (M–Th)
5-Day (M–F)
Transitional Kindergarten
Our Transitional Kindergarten is designed to help prepare students who may just miss the age requirements for Kindergarten or need an additional year to prepare for the increasing social, emotional, and academic challenges that Kindergarten presents.
This 5-day class is a bridge between preschool and kindergarten that gives students the opportunity to further develop the pre-literacy, pre-math, cognitive, and social skills necessary to feel confident and capable in a Kindergarten classroom.
Children must be 4 years of age before January 1, 2023 in order to qualify for our Transitional Kindergarten class.
