    • 3YR Old – 4 Day (M-Th): $3,725

      Elementary & Middle School (Grades K – 8)

        • Elementary: $9,075
        • Middle School: $9,350

        • Resource Fee*: $50 (Grade 3 only)
        • Resource Fee*: $100 (Grades 4 – 5 only)
        • Resource Fee*: $125 (Grades 6 – 8 only)

          * The resource fee is an annual fee that covers classroom and individual technology assigned to each grade.

          Discounts

          At Grace Covenant Academy, discounts can be received for the following situations:

          Annual Tuition Discount

          Families who choose to pay tuition in full by June 20, 2023 (or within 30 days of enrollment), will receive a 2% discount per student.

          GCC Partner Discount 

          Grace Covenant Church partners receive a $250 tuition discount. This applies to official church partners as determined by church records by May 1, 2023. Official partnership is obtained through participation in a GCC Partnership class and completion of all required forms.

          Multi-Sibling Discounts

          Families enrolling multiple students at GCA will receive the following discounts: 

          • 3% discount for 2nd sibling 
          • 5% discount for 3rd or more siblings 

          Ministry Discounts (non-GCC/GCA)

          1. Senior pastors can receive a 50% discount per student
          2. Full-time ministry or pastors receive a 20% discount per student

          Financial Assistance

          We understand that not all families are able to afford GCA without some financial support. For that reason, we offer some assistance to families who are able to demonstrate a clear financial need, GCA offers a financial aid program supported by FACTS Grant & Aid and administered by our Financial Aid Committee.

          Warrior Scholarship

          GCA provides financial assistance for families in need through our Warrior Scholarship program. Applications are accepted January 1 – February 28, 2023. All families applying for financial assistance must complete our online scholarship application as well as an application to Grace Covenant Academy to determine need in order to be considered for a Warrior Scholarship. Scholarship awards are limited to a maximum of 50% tuition, with priority given to K-8 students.

          Opportunity Scholarship 

          GCA is a participating school in the North Carolina Opportunity Scholarship and Education Student Accounts programs. Families who are recipients of these funds are able to use those to provide assistance for tuition for our K-8 program. Applications for the Opportunity Scholarship are available between February 1 – March 1, 2023.
