Warrior Athletics Mission

GCA athletic teams are grounded in the mission to glorify God through discipling students in a competitive atmosphere with the Bible as the foundation and Jesus Christ as our focus. This mission is at the core of what drives our programs. Coaches and players to pursue athletics in a way that is distinctive and brings honor to Jesus Christ.

All GCA sports teams will have practices, games and meets on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday during their individual season. No practices, games or meets will be held on Wednesday to encourage our students to participate in church-related youth activities. 

NOTE: Games times will vary and extend beyond 5:00 pm.

Participation Fee

All sports have a participation fee of $200.00

Additional sports will be considered depending on student interest, field/court availability and coach support.
  1. Students must have a completed athletic physical form prior to the first tryout. Athletic Physical Form Link 
  2. Students must maintain a passing grade in all subjects to participate. Should a student be failing a subject or struggling in a specific subject, they will be benched for a two week period, suspending them from play as they work to improve the grade. If grades are not improved in this two week period, the student will remain benched until the student receives a passing grade for the subject.
  3. Student Participation Fees must be paid, in addition to tuition balances kept up to date. Fees will vary depending on sport.

*5th graders may be eligible to play any sport only if students are needed to fill a roster which may vary sport to sport.

For all GCA sponsored sports, uniforms will be provided and included. Additional gear may be required depending on the sport — students will be informed prior to tryouts.

All students must wear appropriate practice apparel and gear (GCA PE uniform or other apparel dictated by coach or Athletic Director).
